The old contact page used this address, this phone number, and tic@triz.org. It also offered a meeting request with name, email, phone, a date, a time between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and a United States time zone. Those fields were a form, not a published statement of office hours.
The 2018 homepage said to call that number, or to email, to register for a workshop or to ask about a book.
TODO. Confirm office hours, whether mail to ai@triz.org (printed on the 2000 site as the Institute address) is still read, and whether a meeting form should return. The 2000 site also printed a fax, 508-799-9944, and 60 Prescott Street, Worcester, MA 01605. The 2024 and 2025 pages use Barber Avenue only, so the older address is not treated as current.
